My name is Frederick (Derick) Ostrenko and I am currently working on my MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in Digital + Media. I was born in Miami in 1986 and grew up in art and science museums. My childhood landscape of art, design, science and technology is what most likely led me to pursue a BA in digital art with a minor in studio art from Stetson University. My path has become even more exciting as I was given the opportunity to study/tinker/create at RISD where I continue to think up new interfaces to share for creative and enlightening experiences.
When I'm not doing all that (above) I'm most likely doing something related to architecture, video, furniture, teaching, web design, software development or graphic design.
